Water Otter reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Water Otter offers membership plans that provide access to our course library and community features. Available plans and pricing are listed on our Pricing page. Memberships are managed through MemberPress and are billed on the cycle indicated at the time of purchase (monthly or annual).
Where a free membership tier is offered, it grants limited access to platform features as described on the Pricing page. Free members may not have access to all courses, CEU certificates, or community features.
Paid memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You will receive notice of any upcoming renewal or pricing changes.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your membership benefits until that date.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. In general, refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical error or other exceptional circumstance, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
Courses are available to members based on their subscription tier. You may access course materials for the duration of your active membership. Upon completing a course and passing any associated assessments, you may be eligible to receive a CEU certificate.
Water Otter issues CEU certificates based on course completion. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether the certificates issued by Water Otter are accepted by your licensing board, employer, or relevant regulatory authority. Water Otter does not guarantee acceptance by any specific state board or agency.
Completion of courses on Water Otter does not guarantee the renewal, issuance, or maintenance of any professional license or certification. We provide educational content only.
Water Otter includes community features powered by BuddyBoss, including activity feeds, member profiles, groups, messaging, and the Industry News section. By participating in the community, you agree to:
Water Otter reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any member who violates these community standards, without prior notice.
Water Otter operates a points, coins, and ranking system (“Water Otter Ranks”) as part of the learning experience. Points and ranks are awarded based on course completions, community participation, and other platform activity.
Points, coins, and ranks hold no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for anything outside the platform. Water Otter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the gamification system at any time without liability.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WATER OTTER INC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
