Course Description
Part 2 of this course provides a streamlined, practical overview of how to implement a modern asset management (AM) program within water and wastewater utilities. Building on Part 1, it focuses on the five core AM components, including establishing a reliable asset inventory, defining Levels of Service (LOS), identifying and ranking critical assets, applying life‑cycle cost methods, and developing long‑term funding strategies that support sustainable operations. Learners will learn to assess asset criticality using Probability of Failure and Consequence of Failure
