Our courses are only 30 minutes in length (a course pack is comprised of 2 -3 courses) and with our "Netflix-style" controls you can stop/start/and resume at your convenience. Couldn’t be easier!

Of course Water Otter is pre-approved in most states and maintains as much compliance as possible - but, it is the responsibility of the individual operator to ensure that ANY course taken and submitted for credits (from anyone) is approved by their state. The Water Otter curriculum is designed and sold first and foremost as a continuing education program. Each state has its own policy and regulation for continuing education credit - some strict, some very relaxed. It is a constant issue for Water Otter to keep updated as the states in general make changes without notifying us.

This is NOT compliant. If you take a course that you can “fast forward” through, or simply walk away from while the video is playing and come back when it is over, you have not met the required standard for state compliance. You can rest easy that our program meets the regulations of state standards.
